Students visit Australian Synchrotron
On Monday the Global Leaders in Science students from Brazil visited the Australian Synchrotron.
¹ú²úBT is currently hosting 85 Brazilian students as part of the three-week Global Leaders in Science program.
Running from 6–24 January, the program aims to challenge the students to focus on how they see themselves as scientists, as leaders and global citizens.
From drama workshops where they will learn to express the experiences while on excursion, to lectures from Nobel Laureates, this program will engage the students to look at the transition from student to professional.
As well as the , over the coming weeks students will visit CERES Environmental Park, Exxon Mobil Refinery and the Harry Brookes Allen Museum of Anatomy and Pathology.
