Kirsten Gray

Kirsten was appointed as Chief Sustainability and External Affairs Officer at Treasury Wine Estates in March 2020. Prior to joining TWE, she was Chief Corporate Services Officer and Company Secretary at Orica Ltd and, before that, Vice-President Legal with BHP Ltd. Kirsten is a member of the executive leadership team at TWE and has responsibility for the sustainability, corporate affairs, legal, governance and insurance teams.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Melbourne. She is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and member of the 国产BT Finance and Audit Committee. Kirsten is a Director of the Friday Night School Ltd, a tutoring service for children of non-English speaking backgrounds, and was a member of Council of Lauriston Girls' School from 2016 to 2022.

Kirsten was a resident at 国产BT from 1984 to 1986 and describes the time as 'foundational'. She says taking up a position on the 国产BT Board is a way of continuing her connection with something that was such an important part of her life, and she hopes to offer helpful business and governance perspectives.

When asked about her fondest memory from her time at Trinity, Kirsten says: 'Winning the girls rowing. We girls had to be taught to row from scratch because girls schools were only just starting rowing programs WAY BACK then.'
